  • Disappointed! I have been to a couple hospitals in AZ, not originally from this area, but there is definitely some low standard of care here! I feel I am a pretty understanding person to when it comes to this subject and I have experience working in the healthcare field. I came into the ED with pain, I'm looking for answers as to why I'm having pain and experiencing dizziness, and having a hard time with regular activities. I'm not looking for a prescription! I was barely talked to by the nurse and doctor, basically just got a CT scan and told to see a primary doctor! Wasn't even asked about my pain level, what type of pain, no labs to check for infections... Nothing! No details asked, just wanted to get me in and out, not help me! I get there is people there in more serious conditions, but if I wasn't concerned about my condition I wouldn't have wasted hours to be in and out and treated as if there's no desire to dig into what's going on! I won't ever be going back! Honor Health was better then this and I actually thought they were low standard, not compared to this!
