  • THE WORST PLACE EVER. I've been to really bad places with no customer service and terrible customer interaction but this one takes the cake. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I never have left a bad review, but I couldn't keep mum on this place. First, I walk in ask for an eyebrow wax and sit in the chair they tell me to. The girl doing my eyebrows doesn't say anything to me, but is jabbing with the other employees. She sits ON THE ARM OF THE CHAIR I'm in an starts to wax my eyebrows.. WITHOUT EVEN SPEAKING A WORD TO ME OR ASKING ME WHAT I WANT. Then, I stop her and tell her that I usually get waxed on the top and bottom of my eyebrows. STILL SAYS NOTHING TO ME, but is non-stop talking to the other employee. Second, while she's doing my eyebrows, her hands are all over my face. I expect some of that, but not to this extent. It was disgusting. Third, she waxes the bottom of my brows, but takes a cheap razor to the top. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I pay to get my eyebrows WAXED, not shaved. Finally, I left there, still with no word from the girl who did my eyebrows. I had to figure out the price by myself. Completely awful experience.
