  • I don't know whether this would be a harsh review or not, but I've sure experienced better! First off, the line was not as long as anticipated. You know, it's generally jam packed at GOOD buffets in Vegas. Anyway, there was no line surprisingly. I thought it was probably a slow time of the year. I was probably just half right. Then, we were seated by the big table at the end of the hallway since we had 5 people. We were totally out of luck. The server called "Natalie" - if I'm not mistaken - was really unfriendly and (sort of) impolite to us. She probably thought this table was just another table of uncivilized Asian customers. She should have approached us as we were being seated. I did not see here till I came back from picking up all my food. She was taking my friends' drink orders. As they were discussing what they wanted, I said HI to her. She turned her hostile face to me and said, "Oh, Hi!" in an unhappy manner. When my turn came, I asked her what kind of beverages they offered. She then replied me, "We have WHATEVER the other restaurants generally have." What a service-,minded person she was! Even worse, when she handed the supplies to us, she just threw them on the table. She was banging the container of sugar on the table. My friends and I would not say anything about the attitudes, but kept staring into each other's eyes. All right, getting to the main point = FOOD. This is definitely not that impressive. It lacked variety of food. I was expecting more. The meat quality was just a B comparing to the price we paid. My ribs were too chewy, and I had to give it up, though how much I love the ribs. I know this is just a buffet, but it's a high-end buffet, with $24 value for lunch. The only thing that struck me was the desserts. I'm a big dessert buff and love to see a maltitude number of desserts they offer. Honestly, the desserts were the only thing that kept me from giving this review a ONE-STAR review. At the end of the meal, my friends left a rich tip (about 25% though my server was worth like 5%). I intended to show my server how much tip we left for her as she was walking by. As soon as she saw it, all the attitudes were gone. She was like putting on a big smile and giving us a sweet farewell, "Oh, thank you. Thank you very much. Have a nice weekend." "WOW! Isn't this supposed to be a five star hotel service?"
