  • how i wish that everyone gets their vacuum from them. all the vacuums they carry are superb. apart from their what they carry, their customer service is great,too! i have the panasonic upright since 2007 or 08 or even earlier. let me pull out the receipt. we use it too much on a weekly basis. i call it the toyota of vacuums or in other words, you get a bang for you buck because you are paying for the qualityé i just come in to them to have the belt replaced ($19.99) and serviced check up for ($39.99). second time only now since then. the price of the panasonic hasnt increased. still at $249 + for $50 you can get extra longer tubes. they even come in funky colours now. they only had the blue then. i asked if i can bring in other brand like our bissell (which i got from a big box store) while i was having the panasonic serviced because i couldnt stand the dust anymore. vacuuming on a weekly basis becomes a rhythm that when you dont do it, you miss it. we only use it for the main floor from to time and it conked it even before we even overdid it. they also service portable vacuums. at least i wont need to dispose of them and would be kind to the environment. i wish they send out flyers to all the new houses to make their existence known.
