  • My boyfriend moved in 5 years ago. I joined him 3 years ago and we have loved this place. However, the new management, Chamberlin & Associates, is not up to par. If they are such an established company, they should be able to take over smoothly. But UGH! The staff is nice and seems to work hard. But the office folks can never answer a question with definitive answers. We have developed a big pigeon problem here and they keep saying they are working on it. Why can't you give me a date on when you expect bird spikes to be up and when you will clean the bird poop off my stairwell? They finally power washed the bird poop off this week, which is the 2nd time in the last 2 months. Thank you! The pool is now green and closed. We've lived her for 5 years and under the previous Mgmt Co the pool was closed 0 times. NEVER! Not sure if this happened because of Labor Day but it has been closed all week. Obviously, Chamberlin doesn't care or it would be fixed by now. They changed office hours and the website is not useful. We can't see how much our rent is and have to call every month. Such a shame.
