  • We would like to express our disappointment in this location for the second weekend in a row. We have visited this location and both times they have been out of bagels, the service is slow, the store is dirty, our orders were wrong, and the overall experience is less than desirable. When we entered the location we were first in line. After we paid, we waited over 10 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches. My husband always orders the asiago bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. The first weekend he had to chose a different bagel. This visit he was given the sesame seed bagel, no one asked it is just what was delivered. I always order a thin everything bagel with just ham and cheese no egg. Last weekend I had to pick a different bagel, and my sandwich came with an egg. This visit I had to pick a different bagel (there were no thin ones) and my husband told the order taker twice no egg and I reminded the cashier no egg. Well as luck would have it, I got an egg on my bagel. Enough is enough. The store is always dirty, tables not cleaned off, trash is overflowing, the beverage areas are always dirty and sticky. This store and team need a wake up call.
