  • Had a 90-minute couple's massage with my husband. Upon entering, there wasn't anyone in the front so we waited a few minutes before being helped and were placed in a room almost ten minutes after our scheduled time. This resulted in our session starting approximately 15 minutes late. They ended five minutes earlier, which is normally understandable as it gives time to get dressed, but I didn't appreciate that our overall time wasn't nearly what we paid for. The massage itself was decent. It was firm as requested but it wasn't enough. My husband felt that the massage was rushed, and I felt that more attention could have been useful in getting out my knots. One of the masseuse kept talking to us throughout the massage and walked in and out of the room to talk to other clients. The beds were uncomfortable, and my ribs and pelvic bone were bruised the next morning due to the friction. The facility was warm and clean overall. Perhaps I expected too much based on the reviews or maybe it was an off day for the masseuse, but the price isn't worth coming back to try it out again.
