  • I went to the preview week at this location and I was happy with the waxing service and the waxer I had was great! The only thing was the environment and decor was kinda cold and not very inviting. When I checked out they had some really nice young girls working up front, I could tell they were all nervous seeing as it was their grand opening or something. There were two older women one pregnant and another pushy blonde who I'm assuming was the trainer or something b/c both of them were belittling the young girls pushing them to sell products and get a wax package and I kindly decline and they seemed almost angry that I didn't spend the absurd amount of money on a package. The young girls were nice and tried I just wasn't interest and the pregnant woman maybe she was the manager was so pushy and yelled at them making it seem like they were failing at their job because I didn't want the package after only going there once, I didn't make another appointment and I don't know if I will go back if they are going to be that pushy to sell me something I wasn't interested in and I'm sure I wasn't the only customer that felt this way about being checked out.
