  • This hotel probably deserves a better rating than I gave it, however it was below what i expected. I was sitting down in the lobby waiting for the rest of my friends to get there, and was told by the gentleman at the front desk I had to check in or leave. I had checked in 2 hrs previously for the group. When I told him this he ignored me and walked away. He came back 15 minutes later and told me that I would have to go to my room and wait for them to arrive. Last time i checked the lobby was there to sit and wait. I did not pay for the hotel this time and I will never pay to stay at this Ritz in the future.
