  • BUYER BEWARE: this is probably the single most important review I have ever done for anything as a consumer ever. I cannot stress enough how if you are thinking of dealing with this dealer think again. I bought a car 5 months ago and after waiting close to 3 months for my plates to come I decided to call them to find out if there was an issue with my paperwork..to save you a real long story of multiple emails not getting returned and return phone call promises broken etc , I finally learned they never got my viper emmisioned even though the secretary Kristin admitted to me she knew for months and Noone told me until I inquired and then I got the run around for over 10 days. Gave car back on jan4 and then for the next 3 weeks got more of a run around ( could go into more explanation of how incompetent the owner Joey is and every detail day by day of how horribly this was handled, but I'd need 10,000 characters). Suffice it to say there is a law that no dealer can deliver a car without emissions done, so the run around started to make sense. What I originally bought is not what I bartered for and the horrible way I've been treated and 5 months of days off work and aggregation had made this a nightmare. They are forced to take care back and nullify the deal now..I went to get my money back and Joey told me I was still responsible for the 4500$ in sales tax, so he debited my deposit check that amount..what?? He insisted even when I said I'm sure he could get a credit as car want every legally sold..he wouldn't budge..you think a business so screwed someone over for 5 months would just make it right..not these guys..AZ attorney general now has the case...so if they won't even make good on a deal when they break the law, what chance do you have for customer service if it is legal...good luck if you deal with them, you better hope your deal goes perfect..
