  • Spoke with Rodney on the phone and scheduled an appointment directly with him. Two weeks later I show up to my appointment and he tells me that he doesn't take new clients therefore cannot color or cut my hair & turned me away. That would have been good information to know when I spoke with him on the phone prior to making an appointment. When we spoke on the phone we talked about the length of my hair that it was short and I needed base color and highlight. The confirmation I received via email even stated "first time haircut & redesign along with base color and highlight touchup. Very shocked that someone could be that unprofessional. At the least he should have contacted me to let me know that he could not do my hair and not wait for me to show up at the appointment.
