My first visit here was to meet a date and this was a middle meet up point. I had scoped out the menu ahead of time (they do have a link for the daily specials, but that part of their website obviously hasn't been updated in a very long time).
As it is Good Friday, I assumed there would be Lenten specials & there were - my date & I shared Yuengling Beer Cheese with soft pretzel sticks, neither of us were overly impressed, but he got their Crab Bisque & said it was very good & crab in the bisque tasted fresh. I opted for cod nuggets & mac n cheese. The fish was good - the tarter sauce definitely was homemade & was tasty; the mac n cheese wasn't anything to write home about, but the beer selection's a good reason to check it out.
