  • I get my oil change through this dealership every time through Doug Gardner and it's always went smoothly. This time, there was a mistake in the oil change but was caught before any serious damage was done. I took my car back and let them know what happened. Doug made sure the mistake was fixed the same day and even got me a new warranty to make up for the issue. I'm so used to dealerships taking advantage of people so this was a breath of fresh air to have an honest mistake fixed quickly. Thanks Doug! :)
