  • After spending a whole Saturday deciding on a vehicle, test driving it, and completing the paperwork for our trade in/purchase we were on our way. I'd say we were satisfied customers; that is until 11 days later we receive a phone call saying we need to have some paperwork fixed for our trade in or we don't have a deal. After multiple trips to the DMV (anyone from Vegas knows this is not a quick trip) and finding out the dealership could complete the paperwork for us (thus saving us time and stress) they agree and tell us you'll have your ERD paper within the next 2 days to register your new XC90. A week later we've received no calls, no paperwork with account number to pay the first payment and every time we call we get brushed off or told the same thing it's not ready we'll call you back. As we come down to crunch time to register the vehicle (temp tags expire Sunday) and to make the first payment (Monday) we've yet to receive any documentation we need. Hands down this has been the worst car buying experience ever and the customer service has been anything but unsatisfactory. When you're buying a new car and helping the dealership to meet their monthly quota you'd think they'd be a little more inclined to make sure you are satisfied especially when buying luxury brands. Yet every time we've stopped by the dealership or called we continue to be dismissed. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere when we are done with this Volvo and won't be purchasing from them again.
