  • I have been taking my cars to Sun Valley Auto for years. My son recommended them as he felt they were honest and did a great job. He's spoken with the owner Terry many times and has always been satisfied with their work. I recently had an oil change. It was supposed to take half an hour but ended up taking close to 90 minutes, they said they were having "issues" with my car. The next morning (Thanksgiving), I was leaving to have dinner with my kids when I noticed the oil prints around my door handle, and my floor mat looked like someone tried to wipe up oil, along with a small puddle of oil in the driveway. I took it back the Friday after Thanksgiving and they said the drain plug gasket had severe wear and they replaced the drain plug and gasket. No one ever apologized for the sloppiness, offered to wash my car and clean the mat, etc. I will now have to spend $ on cleaning the mat, and driveway. I will never return to Sun Valley Auto.
