I was expecting to be more impressed, but ended up incredibly disappointed with the customer service and proximity of the hotel to the strip.
When I checked in, the representative was getting over a cold and kept wiping his nose after he turned around to sneeze. You can imagine how thrilled I was to get the contaminated key cards he handed me.
The room was so-so. All of the plates in the kitchen were dirty, which proved to be a hassle when I brought home a take out pizza.
The super-bright lights that light up the tower from below are way too much of a nuisance, even at the 30th floor level. Even the blackout curtains don't block out the light.
To get to the strip, you have to walk across a dangerous cross walk and then walk through a busy mall. Give yourself at least 20-30 min. to get to the closest hotel/casino on the strip, Treasure Island.
The one plus was free valet parking for my guests.
