  • This Hospital is the worse.I took my mother there at 7.00pm December 15th ..first of all O.mur was at the desk he told us to have a sheet .never asked what we wee there for .I asked were do I sign in at .he said you don't I know who next.than we told them my mom had lower pain in her back .four 5 days ..her legs been cramping get etc very bad .so they put her in back .the doctor came in we talk to him he left gave my mom x rays came back he said she had bad arthritis.I told him I know that but she was never in this terrible pain .my mom was crying pain was so bad .than he said she had sciatic nerve .I told him sciatic nerve pain goes from back to leg to foot .it not that he said well I give her some pain pills she can go home he was going to give her a steroids shot .he left the nurse never came in for like a hour after I stop one in the hall .I asked about a urine test to test her for any infection .they said oh I'm sorry he left the doctor that was treating you .so for my mom to get a urine tests he would have to request register like a new patient to get a urine test .I said why can't you just check her urine nope we can't .so we left .my mom was still crying .I took her to St Rose .well she had a real bad Kidney infection and a UTI infection and they put her in a room at the hospital ..also my mom on kidney stage 4 .and. they wouldn't check her for that at Henderson hospital .
