  • Not very though inspection of the a/c units in the 20 unit building they inspected for me. Because it was cold outside they didn't run the AC units to see how well they operating. But they could've and didn't complete a thorough physical inspection determine that all the units need to be serviced and that the coils were dirty and filters needed to be changed
