  • My husband and I had a year long lease. The apartment was pretty cheap, management wasn't very helpful, not all of the gym equipment worked. We moved out September 2nd. We haven't heard anything from them, no phone call, no email, nothing in the mail. Today we got a notice from a collections agency saying we owed them over $900, we left the place in good condition and we were paid up with our rent. What's up with that? Our rent when we were there wasn't very high, but I guess you get what you pay for.
