  • OK....where do I start to talk about how awesome Arturo is? Arturo is a very hard-working, honest and very helpful professional plumber. Throughout the process of getting the problems we had fixed, he explained in detail and showed us exactly what he was doing and why it was causing the problem. He showed us all the parts he was using and everything was brand-new unlike some places who use refurbished items to Band-Aid problems in your house. I had a toilet that always had trouble when flushing and asked Arturo to take a look at it because it was also loose from the floor. Arturo took the whole toilet apart and you will never guess what we found in there!!! We have a huge tree in front of our house that had grown roots underneath and up through the toilet pipe. It was so gross to see and once Arturo pulled it all the way out I literally almost vomited. I posted a picture just so you can see how gross it was. Arturo sent a camera down to make sure that we didn't have anymore damage in the pipe and fixed the whole root problem. He even cleaned up all of the remnants of the roots and what came out of the pipe so that when he left the bathroom was nice and clean. Thank God I asked him to look at the toilet! It would have been a freakin feces tree growing in my house. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!! Our original problem was to fix what sounded like a huge hammering noise in the walls after we took showers or flushed the toilet. That was fixed perfectly as well. He was very helpful, detailed in his work and charged us fairly. Good prices, great service?! Who could go wrong!? Just FYI: Arturo is very busy and often gets behind in time because of me and my toilet fiasco. Please don't let this hinder you from using his services. He is worth the wait!
