stay away from this airline yes it super cheap but it's not worth it! five months ago i traveled to san francisco as i arrived back home to phoenix i waited to get my bag and it never came after going to see frontier customer service they made me wait with my two month old for two hours all the representatives there had no idea what they where doing one of the guys that worked there argued with me didn't even bother to apologize they where all new just to tell me to fill out a lost luggage report they lost my car seat, baby stroller and bag i only got my bag back... the whole process of getting my stroller and car seat reimbursed was terrible i am still waiting on the reimbursement YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED frontier customer service is terrible over the phone and in person they are truly the worst ! never again. will i ever fly with them !
