You could probably get a better level of service at the penny slots downstairs than that to be had at Bouchon at brunch time.
All kidding aside, the food was mostly good, although some of the toast was burned and the bread was stale. I asked for a pina colada and was told I would need to go outside and flag down an outside server for it, which was a little inconvenient because I was in the middle of brunch. My fiancee asked for salmon on the eggs benedict instead of ham and was promptly that Bouchon "can't anything at all with regard to substitutions." Given I was staying in a suite upstairs, I expected us to be treated a little better. For me, Bouchon had a bit of a "you're so lucky we're letting you dine here" vibe. I was glad to leave and feel no need to return.
