  • Absolute worst service I have ever received. I went there because Glenmore Audi recommended them as specialists for Audi body work. I dropped the car off and it took them a week to do a simple bumper job. No calls, I had to continually call to figure out what the status was. When I received the car (which was essentially 3 months old), the bumper was fixed but there was scuffing and scratches on both tail light crystals - they had been buffed with a dirty cloth. I brought it to the owners attention - he denied they had anything to do with it, told me to call my insurance company and then told me to fuck myself and get lost. The worst service experience ever.
