First, this mall is horrible and that makes me sad! Second, we shop Van's often which giving a 2 star review also makes me a little sad.
My son saw some Van's in a mailer from another retailer that once upon a time was in Metro that the Metro website still had as a tenant. Wrong! So we just went to the source. This store had them. We weren't sure of his size so the female attendant took his size. I thought he needed a 3 she said no a 4. She brings a 4 in another style saying they don't make his size in the shoe he wants. He says ok and tries on the replacement, that shoe was literally an inch too long and she argues that it is correct that being a child his shoes need room to grow. What? WTF does that mean? Do I buy his clothes a size to big? No!
Well this girl would not listen. So we left. Waited 10 minutes returned and had someone else help us. She was nice but brought women's shoes his my son's size. Only correcting the issue when my husband brought to her attention. *sign*
This trip was downright painful! In the end we did buy a pair of $70 canvas shoes but they sell Van's brand everywhere now a days and we probably won't return to this store.
