  • I was shocked my credit card was charged everyday for an amount I am not familiar with.For the 4 days I stayed my credit card was wrongly charged 20 times.I asked the front desk Why and what is it?Guess what the answer is they are "testing" if my credit card is still valid.......... I have stayed in many many hotels in the world Never experience such abnormal way of treating customers. Of course I was overcharged on my credit card.Then they said they will refund it back to my credit card. However my credit card was charged again by SLS after 2 days I checked out!!!!!! What a nightmare! I cancelled my credit card immediately! Horrible experience!
