rev:text	I got a groupon for this salon and was excited to try it. First off the salon looks kind of grimy inside and the stations were super packed together. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for an appt but there were only 3 stylists working so I was pretty bugged by that. They should hire more people so they can see more clients. I explained to Teri, the stylist, exactly how I wanted my hair cut and she was very scared to take it as short as I wanted it. She kept trying to get me to go with the same haircut she had. She gave me the deep conditioner and massage and that was nice and then when it was time to cut the hair I told her again how I wanted my hair cut. She buzzed my hair in the back, like i asked, but took it way too far up. Then she started to hack at the front and cut off my bangs that I had asked her to keep. I was horrified but it was too late. My hair wasnt going to come back. Then Teris phone rang and she answered it! She had a 5 minute phone call and then asked if she could call her friend back. That is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. When she finally got back to butchering my hair she cut it too short. She pretty much heard one thing that I told her and stuck with it for my whole head. The whole time she was cutting my hair she talked about how she was so experienced and so talented. She talked about herself for an unbelievable amount of time. I will never go to the salon again. I'm very relaxed about my hair but this pushed me over the edge.
