  • Ballstead Law firm is handling my bankruptcy and they have made it EXTREMELY easy. At first I procrastinated because I didn't know how it works but I called around and they had the cheapest price as well as they let you make payments. I have talked to people at both offices and they are always kind and very personable. I was having an issue with my payroll not responding to their order to stop my garnishment and even my jobs HR was giving me a hard time. I called Ballstead and I think I got Mary, I can't really remember the name because their are a few women that answer the phone but anyways I called almost crying in the office and she said let me speak to him. She even sent an email after they still gave me a hard time and got it fixed. Court was fast and quick and my attorney prepped me right before walking in and now I have 2 more payments and then I'm done completly . Awesome company. I work in customer service and I have to say they did great!!!!
