| - I rarely shop at Zara, but have heard countless stories of their poor customer service especially towards returning items.
I'm going to keep this review short and simple. I bought 5 items of clothes the day before and didn't get a chance to try them on at the store because I had to catch my train. I was also told that the return policy is 30 days. Okay, that's great! Lots of time to think! When I got home, I tried them all on and most of them did not fit me properly. So, of course, I returned the ones that didn't fit, the following day.
Upon arrival at Zara (on bloor), I was neither greeted or acknowledged (not surprised). I walked straight over to the cash and lined up. Once it was my turn, I told the SA#1 that I'm doing a return. The SA#1 then called over another SA#2 to help with putting the security tags back on the items I was returning.
While SA#2 was putting the security tags on the items, he also started scanning the tags of the clothes and saying "I didn't see these on the floor?, are these even from here?" In my head I'm thinking, are you saying that I put zara tags on random clothing items ??
At that point I should have said something, but decided not to.
Suddenly, SA#1 became a lot hostile and threw over the receipt and a pen at me to sign.
Zara, you really need to re-evaluate all your SA and perhaps start a training program on customer service!
