  • The room was quite large. It has clearly been updated some, but was not fancy by any means. Basic, but clean, which matters a lot to me, and with a coffee pot and iron, both of which I needed and appreciated. I would probably consider it a 3 star room. The property is nice, and the pools were pretty nice, but not over the top. We wanted to find a hot tub on the property not packed with children one evening, and we did, but all the way across the property, a fairly long walk. The price was pretty reasonable. If I had paid more, I would have given it a lower rating, but it is in a nice area of town with comfortable pillows. There was some confusion regarding billing. We were traveling with family, and their room was first billed to our card, so we went down to clear it up and have the rooms billed separately. She was friendly and said she took care of it, and we double checked when we checked out, but then a few days later noticed our card had been billed again. I highly recommend checking carefully to make sure the bill is correct when you stay here.
