Excellent customer service.
We are not gamers but my husband is bad into Star Wars. He recently sent me to GameStop to find a Kylo Ren helmet that he saw on their website. I felt like a fish out of water in the store so I asked Vanessa, one of the employees, if she could help me. She said they didn't have it but went on their computer to find what stores nearby did. She offered to call them to hold it or she said she could just order it and have it shipped directly to me. That's what we ended up doing. The manager, Dan, also got involved and he was very apologetic that they didn't have the helmet. This was all while the store was very busy. I was very impressed at how everything was handled.
