  • Upon walking in the store I was overwhelmed. Fans were everywhere!!!! I was greeted as walked to the back of the store. I was giving a tour and and educated on the types of fans and equipment. After about 30 min I had most of my fans picked out. Schedules installation for a week later. It was a very easy process & all my questions were answered. I will follow up once installation takes place Installation went great the installer was very friendly very professional we conversed. He was from Michigan so we have some things in common. Altogether it took about an hour and a half to install five new fans. I was orientated to the remotes explained my warrantee it was great. my only concern is And it continues to be a concern is that I requested a patio fan that was supposed to be ordered and it's been 2 1/2 maybe three weeks and I haven't heard anything about Fan number six. Just a little disappointed in that follow up therefore I'm dropping down From a five star to a four star. Other than that I have no other concerns or complaints. But as of today I'm still waiting on Fan No. 6
