  • So this is my second yelp about these apartments. The first complaint was about the cockroaches. And the second complaint was about my parking space and how the lower persons have a parking space in the front of their apartment. Mine is two Buildings down from my apartment. The people moved out there is nobody living in there. So everyone knows this and is parking in that parking space. People who buy cars and don't even drive them and just leave them to sit there. So I called the Parkwood apartment office and ask them if they could switch since nobody is living in that apartment they wouldn't even know that that was their parking space. She said absolutely not that that is not the rules. So I said that is going to make me want to give up my lease in August and move to a different parking complex. Her suggestion was in her exact words were that I could spend $250 and move to a different apartment. I said absolutely not I'm not gonna pay to exhaustively move. And spent $250 on a parking space that is supposed to be for free. So I believe in August I will be moving.
