| - This really is not about this store, but it is about the company in general. I have been a customer for 10 years, and, until recently, pretty happy and satisfied. In October 2014, I added my partner's phone to my account, purchasing 2 new phones. My iPhone, as always, has been just fine. His Galaxy POS has been a nightmare. As of today, May 20, 2015, I am replacing this phone for the FOURTH time.
On the third go round, I told them I wanted to exchange it for the iPhone 6, but I was told that that was not possible, unless I paid for this pile of junk and purchased a new phone. REALLY?? Less than 9 months we have had this phone and we are going on its 4TH replacement?? And all of the problems have been the phone, not abuse, since it has the industrial case. Hot phone, the AT&T globe of death...and all they can say is "No". Great customer service, AT&T.
Needless to say, when everything is paid and done, I will be looking for a new carrier.
