  • DON'T EVEN WAIT IF YOU'RE HUNGRY, YOU'RE GOING TO REGRET THE WAIT! I don't even know what's worse the dim sum or the service around here. Please tell me. This incident isn't the first but the second. It seems that the management believes that one cart can feed the entire table. Well I'm telling you, it CAN'T. I understand it takes time around for the carts but it doesn't take 20 dang minutes. This didn't just occurred to my table but as well for others near me. We had to go up meaning stand up and get our food. Funny part, they legit only had two carts roaming around while I see a bunch of filled carts in the back. No, they didn't have short of staff working. The rice noodle rolls aka CheungFun was made frozen before. Sorry to break it to the CheungFun lovers. A bunch of the dim sum isn't fresh. Some would even stick on the container. Annoying. We would ask them for a certain bun dish, they said it would take some time to steam so I'll place your order in right away. We asked multiple employees. But, no one placed the order in at all. My family was so upset and hungry. #HANGRY The service here seems to get worst each visit. We couldn't wait any longer for these carts to come by to our tables so we decided to pay and leave. I knew paying here would be horrifying because they have a long line near the meat. But we decided to pay in the front where there was a REGISTER. The guy was like "No, you can't pay here, you need to go over there". Wow, when I thought I couldn't get out of here ASAP. A lady came moments later and rung me up where the guy told me I couldn't pay here. Like seriously, what are you doing standing here picking your nose doing nothing? I would not recommend this place to anyone who is a DimSum lover because this place would destroy it. The food service is not worth the waiting. I would not be returning after this experience twice.
