  • I used to come to this Chipotle even though it was farther away because it is easier to access and was better quality than the one on Green Street. Recently though it has been a bit hard justifying driving there because of the poor quality customer service and the slow service. I have walked in and been the only person in line yet the staff are just wiping things up or stocking things instead of helping me. I'm a pretty patient person but it just seems rude that they all see you there and just do nothing. They don't even say "Oh I will be with you in a minute" they just stare at you and continue to do their own thing. They also are just not very friendly, there has been some good staff members there but they have all seemed to have gone or at least they don't work when I'm there and I go about twice a week. They are also unbelievably slow, with a line out the door they don't have any extra hustle than they did if you were the only one in line. You can tell they have the mentality of "I'm getting paid hourly not per customer" which is unfortunate for the customers in line. I also have gone and they have been out of many items on many different occasions.
