  • I called to schedule an appointment to get my oil changed before I left on a road trip to California. I asked for the latest available appointment and was scheduled for 5pm. I had to leave work 20 minutes early to make the appointment and when I arrived the man I spoke to refused to service my vehicle. For the life of me I do not understand why someone would allow me to make an appointment and not honor it. Even more, their posted hours are until 6:30pm. Extremely frustrating. Either way they just lost a long term customer.
