  • Booked them for a shuttle ride from the airport to our hotel. The limo was a surprise for my boyfriend and brother in law. The limo however did not show up by the time we got off the plane and got our bags. I had to contact them, they then told me the limo driver had to switch cars and was now on his way. They should have called me to tell me especially since now the surprise was ruined. I cancelled and took a cab.
