  • I was not able to get the MRIs that I needed due to not having my entire deductible ($500) to give them at the time of the appt. Every time I called, I was given different information on what they needed to be able to take me. First they said they can verify FSA, then they said I can get something from my HR verifying FSA. Then they said nope, you need the card. (3 different people, 3 different calls) If they can't communicate with each other on what is needed, do I really trust them to communicate with me and my doctor after the MRI? Wasted 3 weeks talking to this group. I should have picked another imaging center from the beginning.
