  • I was sent to Gil's by Discount Tire after purchasing new tires from Discount Tire. They represented that an alignment would be $50.00 at Gil's Automotive. Most alignments are in the range of $80. So even though it was out of my way and they couldn't get me in for a few days, I made an appointment at Gil's. I arrived 15 min early to my 9:00 am appointment only to be told 1) they can't even get my truck in until 9:15 am AND 2) that its $50.00 unless the camber needs to be adjusted (typically included with an alignment), then it is $90.00. That is called Bait and Switch. Horrible and unethical business tactics. No where in my discussions with Discount Tire nor Gil's on the phone did they make that disclosure. I went elsewhere.
