  • I was waiting for my latte sitting on my seat for a long time but waitress hadn't come yet. I went to the counter to ask staff and she totally forgot about it. She didn't apologized at all. I was not in the mood for drinking latte. So I asked her to change latte to regular coffee. She said she could make it but she wouldn't pay me back the difference. As a result, I drank latte. Latte was good but customer service was bad. That was my worst memory.
