Capo's has a very cool vibe. It is one of the few restaurants in town that is truly old Vegas. (Others include Piero's, Bootlegger, Hugo's Cellar - all of which I also provided a review of!) Thus Capo's charm makes it a not-to-miss restaurant. The service is stellar every time and you just can't beat the decor combined with the live music playing Sinatra . The food receives 3 stars from me because I'm a total foodie. I judge a restaurant on everything from its bread & butter to the component of every dish. The bread & butter are nothing to shout about here ;) but the dishes are great, meat, sauces, risotto, etc. but they miss out on key components like the vegetables. We both commented we would have preferred fresher less cooked vegetables with our entrees, you can see this in the photos. But all-in-all the food is good and it's a great experience restaurant.
