| - If the review was solely based on the taste of their food, I would consider 3 stars, but this stand really needs to do a better job of operating its business. They came to the recent Squirrel Hill Night Market, and waited in line for about 45 minutes. From around 7 to 7:45. The night market hours were 6-10pm, but by the time it was my turn in line, they had sold out of over half of their items. You may think, wow, they were busy? But no, they were inefficiently slow, apparently inexperienced, and didn't make enough food to be in business for that many hours. They were cooking on a single grill, with not even a double rack, the size of a small home grill, i.e. not commercial. As I watched them cook it appeared that they would have one or two bratwurst on the grill at a time, which being that isn't something that easily dries out, you would think they would use a double grill and keep a few warm on top to help in efficiency. Also, their prices aren't reflective of either the quality, or quantity that they serve. If they had a "real" restaurant that had overhead and rent to pay, it may be reasonable, but not for street food. Very unimpressive.
