  • I have been here several times and have had okay service. The first time I was here the nail tech cut my cuticle pretty bad and it was bleeding for quite some time, I excused it because accidents happen, but no money off, no apology, nothing. The second time I returned service was fair but I really enjoyed the atmosphere it is clean and appears to be upscale. However, after going back this last time I will not return. It all started when I sat down, another woman was being seated at the same time at the pedicure station next to me. They offer her water, but do not offer me anything. I then pay for an upgraded pedicure. I told the woman that I had gel on my nails at the beginning of the appointment and that I would be getting regular polish this time around. She then wanted to up-charge me another $5 to remove gel off of a whole five nails, "because I wasn't getting gel again," even though they were the ones that put it on, I was still paying for a manicure and an upgraded pedicure. I get it if I was just getting the gel removed but that wasn't the case. Then halfway through my service apparently someone that had an appointment with my tech arrived so it was all rush from there. So I was then moved to a new station and a new nail tech. Things were going okay, then another tech comes up and tells my new nail tech that I need to move once again. So I'm moved, for the third time. Then when I was seated at my last station the nail tech literally has my arm and hand laying in the metal tray full of sharp objects while painting my nails! At that point I was already so fed up I just pulled the tray out from underneath my arms and couldn't wait to get out of there. I am APPALLED by this place and lack of professionalism.
