What's the big fuss? Had Thursday brunch/lunch and the place was just average. Nothing special. Absolutely nothing worth noting. Just your run of the mill buffet joint. I stayed at the hotel and the buffet certainly doesn't live up to the Bellagio name. The chairs are a little old. The booths remind me of an average diner.
Once upon a time, I've heard that this was THE best buffet in vegas. I've heard of and have seen tremendously long lines at the entrance. But save your money and time as this falls far short of those rumors. The brunch buffet at Paris is far superior. I obviously can't speak for the food that would be served at dinner, but the ambiance and decor isn't gonna change for the evening.
