  • Just wanted to write a little review since I've worked hotels and bars for a very long time. Upon waking up this morning, there was like brown mud in the sink. Upon calling the front desk, the girl said I must have put something down the sink. They sent maintenance in who was snaking the drains, remind you this is as I had just woke up. Asked to be moved to a different room, the girl stated "it's too late for that, we had paid for another room for a relative that flew in from out of town and the girl said go use that shower. Sure we will go inconvenience them as they get ready for the day too. Then she said " you're a local go home". Really??? That's how you want to run your business?? Little to her knowledge, my girlfriend works for a federal agency and makes reservations for the big wigs who come into town. Guess where they will never be referred to?!? She offered no discount or anything to accommodate for the major inconvenience. The plan was to stay down on Fremont for the day but by the lack of customer service she had the day was cut short. So I guess long story short if you are a local they don't care about your business. I'll post the pictures later. They'll also be on yelp and on the site where we made the reservation.
