  • Typical Ford dealer... I go regularly to have my car serviced. I have only dealt with 2 Ford dealerships, but one thing about this one that offers from the other that I frequented is the service dept reps are really helpful. They will not encourage you to have services done that your vehicle doesn't quite need yet and they seem to always at least try to find ways to get you some type of coupon discount/rebate to help offset costs. For my most recent service I had to have a loaner vehicle and the trade-off was quick and easy, no hassle whatsoever. The lobby area was recently remodeled and I really don't mind waiting for my car there sometimes because they do have a couple of private rooms with desks available, if you need to get office-work done while you wait. My only tip is make sure you have your wheel locks before you drive off! They have on multiple occasion forgot to return mine, luckily I remembered so there was no issue.
