  • We went to Ashley's back in march to buy a new couch because we were getting a new place the sales associate angus was awesome and we found a couch we loved. However when we went to pay they advised us that the couch would not arrive until end of April we were kind skeptical on ordering because it was such a long wait. The manager reached out to us and negotiated we decided to go through with it. However end of April came and I had to call them to find out what was going on. That's when they told me that it's beeen pushed back and would not arrive until the end of May. We were very upset. One, because no one advised us that there would be a delay and second because it was taking so long. I called now to check the status. And now they're saying it's pushed out to mid June. Again. I had to call no one advised me. It's unprofessional
