  • I actually live in Orange County, but have a Bridesmaid that lives in Vegas. I have to say that I wish I lived in Vegas because both encounters I had at the Bella store in Vegas were 1000 times better than the OC. The first time I went to the LV location the girl that helped us was so sweet. She was patient, helpful and knowledgable. The second time, I called because when I received one of my dresses it wasn't the color I was expecting when I picked it up in the OC location. I called LV location for an inquiry. I spoke to Natalie who was the sweetest, she gave me great information, helped me calm down (I was freaking out), and gave me good options. As I told her, she was a little angel in my opinion because she truly cared. She sat on the phone with me for at least 25 minutes, sent pictures back and forth and gave me good advice. Did I mention that these stores aren't franchised.... meaning they are not affiliated with one another. This means that both of these gals were better help, in my opinion, than the OC and had nothing to gain from it. They just care about the people that walk through their door. I really appreciate their time, professionalism and understanding throughout this process.
