  • I think my main complaint about this place is the absentminded service. For example, waited a long time for an americano when I was the only person who went in, ordered something, and was waiting. Later in the day, I met some friends there and we were clearly in the same party, but for some reason, my bagel was the only food put in a to go bag even though we all sat down and everyone else received their food on plates. At no point in my conversation with the cashier did he even ask to specify. The food is not good enough to forgive that. That Americano that I waited forever for tasted awful, like dilute sour ...garbage. Literally. Not sure if it's better or worse than the absolutely tasteless one from Starbuck's across the street. That one's at least drinkable... The bagels are okay, but mine tasted a bit stale. My friends enjoyed their sandwiches though, so maybe there's some redeeming quality. They don't look particularly special in any way, but maybe that's a good thing. Then again, there's many places for food nearby, don't see why I have to come here when I'm in the area. And coffee... still not sure whether I prefer the starbucks across the street.
