  • Have ordered several things from Jetta over the course of our remodel - two (ironically non-jetted) tubs and a custom solid surface shower pan. Salespeople were uniformly patient and knowledgeable; we definitely took our time sitting in all their showroom tubs (and there are a lot - I've never seen such a selection available to sit in) - ended up I could fit in a much smaller tub than I expected which opened up some key remodel options. Pricing was good, too. Had some issues with the shower pan; first pan cracked in transit (not Jetta's fault). Jetta recognized and reported the damage prior to delivering to us & were helpful in getting the replacement expedited - although it did extend our remodel timeline significantly.
